🤍 We hit 13,000 Instagram followers.
🤍 We had our first 1M+ viral video that got over 16M views on IG.
🤍 We hit 4,000 YouTube subscribers.
🤍 We are moments away from 2M views on YT.
🤍 We are bringing on a new agent in 2 weeks, and I am stoked!
🤍 I am SO happy with my business structure.
🤍 I have closed over 330 transactions totaling $100M.
🤍 And you probably saw this one, but I am officially my broker! I have owned Jo & Co. for 5.5 years, but had a broker of record.
Personal Updates
🤍 I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and anemia a couple months ago, and have had to eliminate so much from my diet. It has been a bit sad.
🤍 I have lost over 21lbs in a the last 2ish months.
🤍 I launched a digital coaching business.
🤍 I have no one and nothing toxic in my life.
🤍 We got an RV, and we have been traveling once a month!
🤍 We now homeschool Lincoln, and he is thriving y’all. He is 7-years-old, and in love with attending Ninja Warrior classes 2-3 times a week! And his reading and writing skills are legit!!
🤍 I hosted a MeetUp today, and it was amazing! (I haven’t done this since before Covid.)
🤍 And Edward and I are about to celebrate 9 years! 🥰
I am sure I am forgetting some things, but the last 3ish years have been hard (losing Bubba, figuring out how to not work 24/7 but still make decent money, and figuring out what structure I want my business to look like) and they finally don’t feel hard anymore. Growing up is nice. Lol.
