Hi sweet friend. These words, this blog post, and the video you will find below are something I am so proud to share with you. The idea of changing someone’s life with my experience and my strategy is something I will never get over, and I take it very seriously.
If you were to ask me, “Do you love being a REALTOR®?”, the answer would be “no, I do not love it.” And the real reason is because I want to help more people on a massive scale. I confidently feel I have so much to offer, and so much to share, that no one is genuinely offering right now. I want to be your one stop shop on how to be a successful real estate agent and REALTOR®. I am beyond excited to jump right in.
If you have been to the blog before, you will know that I have been pouring my heart out for the last 3 months. But if you are new, yes, I am new to coaching, but what I have kept bottled up for the last few years is ready to be shared. All of my secrets. This video and blog post is just one of the many you can access here on the blog, the YouTube channel, Instagram, and my podcast that I launched November 1st.
The message I am trying to deliver in this video is that content is key. Content is queen. Content is king. Whatever message resonates with you, just know, the answer to ALL of your problems is going to be content.
Yesterday I was listening to an ad on how to deliver consistent leads, and the man, was a “no name” (I am sure he is a very nice man, but I have never heard of him before), and he was telling people to not do everything I am telling you to do. He wants you to pay for ads. I do think ads are great, and they have their time and place, but what about the months you are slow or the economy is slow. If you are relying on ads to generate your leads, and you run out of money, and it takes 30+ days to close a deal, how will you ever get back if you don’t have money, and it takes money to make money.
I want to teach you a different strategy. If you want to learn more about my strategy, there are lots of different ways. But I want you to enjoy the video, and then come back to this post. Below the video are going to be some actions you can take. <3
