HOW WE GOT HERE
I wanted to answer the question, who is Jo & Coaching, and who am I? Hi, my name is Jordan Marie Schilleci, and I have been putting the Jo in Jo & Co. for a little over 5 years.
Jo & Co. is the boutique brokerage I founded, and it goes right there next to my favorite child on my list of things I am proud of. Lol. Joking aside, I love what I do. I am currently an active real estate broker, owner of Jo & Co., mother to six, wife to Edward, who just so happens to be the coolest smartest guy I know, investor, lifelong entrepreneur and so much more.
It has been my lifelong dream to āhelp peopleā. Real estate has been a beautiful journey, but I know it is just a stepping stone to my future and wildest dreams. Deep down, I am a dreamer at heart, but I am also a doer. I love building, creating, and sharing.
So it only makes sense that I jump into the coaching world. I feel like I have so much to offer on so many levels, and I want to start with my expertise when it comes to building brands, building an online presence, producing massive amounts of content, and helping others accomplish their goals.
I am not going to just use all I have accomplished to be a great teacher, but all I have failed at as well. I think we can learn just as much from our failures as from our successes. And boy, are some of my failures embarrassing. We wonāt get into those today, but what I will share with you is that I have sold over 100M in real estate, and I have taken part in over 350 transactions. And I want to share with you how I did this. I truly believe what I have to offer wonāt just serve those in the real estate industry, but anyone that wants to build an online presence that converts to exposure and sales. There are so many platforms out there, and I want to teach you how to take advantage of all of them. Essentially, I take your offline business online.

End-to-end business building: At Jo & Coaching we listen to your needs and wants, then we bundle that with what the market demands in terms of how to be successful with your online presence, next we create a plan to achieve your goals, we then assist in the build-out of any new platforms, social media accounts, and/or websites, and lastly we train you on how to use these new systems while being by your side every step of the way.
Contribute to our industry: At Jo & Coaching we are all about give give give. That is why our foundation is rooted in offering free content. We love to write, and we deliver this writing via our blog. We know that the more content we create, the more people we can help. This exposure is how we grew Jo & Co., and we are so excited to be doing it with Jo & Coaching.Ā
Coaching: Need more of a consultation service? At Jo & Coaching, we do that too! One-on-one coaching is offered on a weekly or bi-monthly basis. In the near future, we will be offering group coaching, so that we can serve all budgets.
